This Named Item is apart of the general loot pool and can be acquired through various sources, including enemy drops, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches and any area or mission where Rifle's are designated as targeted loot. Two recommended activities to farm his named item would be countdown and summit whilst Rifle's is selected as the targeted loot.
